The DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) is the highest academic distinction in management. It is a three-year, part-time program specifically designed for highly qualified professionals and senior executives with substantial experience who seek to expand their skills and expertise with academic rigor to solve complex business challenges.

During the program, participants first become familiar with research methodology and applied management science (Year 1) before conducting their field study and preparing for their thesis defense over the remaining two years.

Our DBA program is tailored for senior managers holding a Master’s degree (or an equivalent qualification) with at least five years of professional experience. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Master’s degree with approximately five years of professional experience
    OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with approximately eight years of professional experience
  • Experience in top management, middle management, consulting, or entrepreneurship
  • Commitment to writing a short research proposal (5 to 10 pages) by the end of the first year
